Mango Banana Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

– 1 tub mango vaalia sugar free yoghurt
– 1/2 cup frozen mango
– 1 small banana
– 1 tsp LSA
– Small handful ice cubes

Method:

1. Blend together fruit, LSA and yoghurt until smooth
2. Add ice and blend on ice crushing mode
3. Serve over ice

Note: This smoothie is thick. If you prefer a thinner smoothie add some water.
