Entropy is the gradual decline into disorder. When we put effort into a clean house or a clear desk we see results. However, when we turn our attention away and stop cleaning or working for a few days, entropy takes over and areas of disorder and chaos pop up. In my life the area I feel entropy the most is in diet.

According to the Harvard School of Public Health, a diet consisting of an average of 9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day helps prevent some cancers, heart disease and strokes, improves digestion, reduces hypertension and supports the health of our eyes.

One serving of fruits and vegetables is usually equal to one cup. Lettuce is two cups per serving, and dried fruit is 1/2 cup per serving.
