Green juice is the go. We all know it, everyone’s doing it and everyone’s talking about it.
This morning I threw lots of veggies in the juicer including; silverbeet, broccoli, and brussel sprouts. I also added pineapple and coconut water which is the ultimate in hydration and softens the veggie taste if that’s a little too much for you first thing.
My choice is definitely C Coconut Water. Why? It has zero additives or preservatives. In fact, it’s packaged on the spot in the Philippines where the coconuts are sourced.
