Juicing. I have to say this has become one of my favorite things to do as of late. Just to have a whole drawer in my fridge devoted to veggies and fruits ready to be juiced for the day. So first, I want to share some reasons why you should consider developing a love-addiction for juicing too, then I want to share some juicing tips and recipes!

A lot of folks say juicing is better for you than eating whole fruits and vegetables — I don’t entirely believe that to be true. You should eat a healthy balanced diet, and juicing is just a fun way to incorporate all that goodness in on a daily basis.
