It’s a fast way to absorb immune boosting nutrients naturally found in fruits and vegetables. Freshly juiced fruits and vegetables are loaded with vitamins, minerals and plant-based nutrients. All nutrients are able to enter your system rapidly. It’s an easy way to get the recommended fruit and vegetable intake. When you juice you use more fresh fruits and vegetables than you could actually eat.

I highly recommend juicing with a blender rather then a high-end juicer so that you retain all the nutrients provided by the fruits and vegetables.
