A Healthy Mess


Juicing…something I had never heard of until a few years ago, but now it is all I hear about these days. Juicing and health have become almost synonymous with one another. Want to juice? Juicing doesn’t mean you have to decided to starve yourself and consume nothing but juice, it means implementing fresh fruit and vegetables into your diet. When it comes down to it, simply add a juice a week to your diet and then try to make it a near daily event!

High quality juicer….sure the more you pay, the better the product, the better the results. However, for those of us on a budget, I have found that inexpensive juicers work just as well. I’ve heard that the lower quality juicers affect the quality and vitamin bioavailabitly of the juice. When it comes down to it, juicing with a low quality juicer is better than not juicing…
