College schedules are filled with numerous in-between class gaps where you don’t have enough time to go home, but you don’t really know what to do with yourself. You typically find yourself wanting to snack during these periods, so you typically head to a snack machine or a close store to purchase some junk food. There’s also those famous late night study sessions that are filled with junk food and late night snacking.
While it’s easier to just reach for a sugary snack or a bag of chips, it’s not very helpful for your body. It doesn’t provide you with the amount of energy, vitamins, and nutrients that are not only healthier for your body, but will actually help to boost your energy levels and keep you going throughout the day (and night!)
