Let’s face it, not everyone likes the taste of vegetables.  But you would want to enjoy the benefits of their nutrients.  Solution?  Juicing.  But the thought of  drinking icky green concoction might just make you go “eeew” and feel nauseous.  Don’t fret, you don’t need to drink pure green vegetable juice right away.  If you like the taste of fruits, that’s the way to start.


Here are some tips on your journey to juicing:

  1. Start with something you like.  If you like the taste of apple, juice it.  Apple juice is  rich in vitamins and minerals that serve as antioxidants.  Apple juice is also known for its anti-cancer properties.  Perhaps you also like your oranges.  Oranges are rich in vitamin C and boosts our immune system.  Berries, pineapples, kiwi, pomelo, grapefruit, grapes, etc.  Enjoy them pure or mix ’em up!  Fresh…
