Let’s face it, not everyone likes the taste of vegetables.  But you would want to enjoy the benefits of their nutrients.  Solution?  Juicing.  But the thought of  drinking icky green concoction might just make you go “eeew” and feel nauseous.  Don’t fret, you don’t need to drink pure green vegetable juice right away.  If you like the taste of fruits, that’s the way to start.
