Doing shots mid work day and drinks before the gym. Is that legit?!


Suuuuure! Of what? Juice!

I’m a newbie juicer and am really digging the mid day pick-me-up of green juice and pre workout beet/red cabbage juice. I don’t know of any better way to use shot glasses and martini glasses than this way. They’ve been collecting dust and haven’t been held in over 10 years. It’s a win-win. Cheers!

Here are my two favorite juice recipes so far:

Green Juice (just dumped in ingredients I see a lot in green juices)

  • Kale
  • Granny Smith Apple
  • Celery
  • Ginger

Purple Power Juice

  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Handful of Spinach
  • 1/2 Lemon Peeled
  • 1 Beet Sliced
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1/4 Head of Red Cabbage
  • 1″ of Fresh Ginger Root
